One of the favourite Thai barbecue recipe made for Thai consumers. The enticing aroma of the sauce makes it very popular with the street vendors’ customers.
Ingredients: Sugar 51%, Spices (Onion, Garlic, White Pepper) 20%, Chilli 15%, Salt 11%, Starch, , Hydrolyed Vegetable Protein, and Yeast Extract,Contains shrimp, soybeans. May contain fish derivatives in shrimp paste.
No added MSG, colouring or preservatives.
Marinate the sauce with Chicken wings. Sprinkle small amount of water. Knead and combine for two throughly. Leave it for 2 hours.
1) Bake at 190 degree Celsius for 20 – 30 minutes.
2) Fried it in vegetable oil at medium heat until it done
3) Thread onto skewers and grill at high heat
